These terms apply to your use of the ClipSlim website and tools (the "Service"), operated by Joaquin Gonzales. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

ClipSlim provides tools that process video files in your browser, on your own device. The Free plan is offered at no cost. Paid plans may be offered in the future under additional terms that will be shown before you buy.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you process. We never receive them.
• Only process content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you process and for how you use the results.
• Keep your own copy of anything important. ClipSlim never modifies your original file.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe other people's rights;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to break the Service or its security;
• copy, resell or redistribute the Service as your own, except as allowed by the open-source licenses listed on our Licenses page.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Processing happens on your device, so speed and results depend on your device, browser and file. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or reach a specific file size or quality.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Joaquin Gonzales is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Open-source software

ClipSlim includes open-source components, including FFmpeg. Their licenses are listed on our Licenses page and apply to those components.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.

Language

These terms are available in English and Spanish. Both versions have the same content.
