Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

  • your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone");
  • the file type, length and resolution shown by ClipSlim;
  • the preset you chose and the error message, if any.

Please don't send us your video unless we ask. ClipSlim never needs it to work, and we'd rather not receive private files.
